We specialize in sleep solutions, including bed frames, box springs, bunkie boards, and air mattresses. All our products are designed for comfort, durability, and easy assembly.

Our company, PASTA HOUSE LLC, is based at 740 Peoria St, Aurora, CO 80011, United States. We operate exclusively online and ship throughout the U.S.
3. How can I place an order?
You can place orders directly on our website, pastahousen.com. Simply select the desired product, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We currently accept PayPal as the only payment method.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal only. This allows for secure payments via your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or credit/debit card.
5. Do you ship internationally?
No, currently we ship only within the United States.
6. How long will it take to receive my order?
Total delivery time is the sum of order processing (1-2 business days) and shipping (3-4 business days), for an estimated 4-6 business days from order placement. Orders placed before 2:00 PM MST are processed the same day.
7. Do you provide tracking information?
Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the carrier’s website (USPS or UPS).
8. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 2 business days, and no restocking fee is charged. Please contact support@pastahousen.com to initiate a return.
9. Can I exchange a product?
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
